We once again have our own app – download it through the app stores below or search for Charlotte Parade of Homes!

Where can I find the Parade of Homes Magazine?

The 2025 Parade of Homes Magazine will be available in each home on the tour, and a digital version will be online in late September.

What if I’m not in the market for a new home?

Many of the people who tour Parade Homes aren’t ready to make a change yet, but that’s OK. Besides providing a great shopping experience for those who are planning a move, the Parade of Homes is designed to help showcase the benefits and value of new homes.

What if I still have questions?
