What is the Parade of Homes?
The Parade of Homes is a scattered site tour of new homes in the Greater Charlotte area. Once a year, The Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte open models, spec and pre-sold homes for people to tour.
When is the Parade of Homes?
2019 Parade Dates — October 4th-20th
Homes will be available to tour for three weekends (Fridays through Sundays). The 2019 show dates are October 4 - 6, 11 - 13, and 18 - 20. Homes are open from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sundays.
How much does it cost to tour?
Touring is always free!
Why is the Parade of Homes so popular?
The Parade of Homes is the Charlotte Region's largest open house. The finest home builders in Charlotte and the surrounding area participate in the Parade. Our builders work hard to create homes that families will want to enjoy for years to come.
